Take an in-depth look at how the January 2010 Supreme Court's decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission marked a victory for the legal doctrine of corporate personhood by recognizing corporations as legal persons who are entitled to exercise their free speech rights in the form of campaign spending.
