Center for Food Safety
Part of the International Center for Technology Assessment, CFS provides information about factory farming, rBGH, and genetically engineered foods. CFS has sued the FDA seeking mandatory labeling of genetically engineered foods and has sued the EPA seeking a moratorium on the approval of genetically engineered Bt plants. CFS is also petitioning the FDA to revoke approval of bovine growth hormone (BGH).
