Kevin Sharp lives in the Pacific Northwest, and is currently shooting portrait, wedding, architectural, and documentary photography.

He says about his work: "W. Eugene Smith's work has haunted and challenged me since I traveled to West Africa in 1998. The relationships that formed between Smith and his subjects allowed for intimate and beautiful images that reflect an honest portrait of an individual. I have found that my best work is created within these same relationships. Taking pictures is easy but capturing images that speak is complicated. The images I share are of my finest memories. The images that speak are what remind me to listen and understand."
