<h1>When the Rainforest Burned: #MyClimateMoment’s Top 10 Wake-Up Calls</h1>
<p>Last week, we asked YES! readers to <a href="/planet/myclimatemoment-when-was-the-instant-when-climate-change-became-deep-urgent-and-personal-for-you-20151203" target="_self" title="" rel="noopener noreferrer">tweet us the instant that climate change became deep, urgent, and personal to them</a>. The responses ranged from the humorous to the heartbreaking. They also revealed some striking similarities: People are watching our natural landmarks disappear, they&rsquo;re struggling with the idea of having kids when the Earth&rsquo;s future is so bleak, and they&rsquo;re confused by those who still deny that something needs to be done.</p>&#13;
