Jane Shevtsov

is a systems ecologist who teaches mathematical biology at UCLA. She co-authored the textbook Modeling Life: The Mathematics of Biological Systems and has written on topics of space exploration, geoengineering, and world anarchy in several publications including Salon and The American Prospect.
