YES! Magazine is an award-winning, ad-free, nonprofit publication that supports people’s active engagement in solving today’s social, political, and environmental challenges. Since 1996, YES! Magazine has been spotlighting the best possibilities for deep shifts that can lead to a just and sustainable world.
YES! is published by the Positive Futures Network (PFN), an independent, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. Our annual budget is derived from magazine sales, foundation grants, and individual donors. (Donations are tax-deductible).

YES! Magazine is a nonprofit independent media organization with both a print magazine and online-only content. YES! Magazine is printed quarterly on 100% post-consumer waste, process chlorine-free paper; one of the few magazines to make this commitment. Online, YES! publishes daily on yesmagazine.org and social media. Revenue from subscriptions and sales covers less than half of our expenses, so we rely on tax-deductible donations to publish the award-winning solutions-focused stories that inspire so many to work towards a more just and sustainable world.
